Join Executive Chef Michael Reid in the M kitchen and take a journey of discovery through the six countries of M steaks in which we specialise.
We will introduce you to the best beef in the world and give you an understanding of the history of Wagyu. Get hands on and learn to clean and prepare different cuts of meat, grilling techniques as well as curing your own bacon. After an exhausting afternoon, we’ll finish the day with a steak and glass or two of wine.
