The City, Victoria and now Twickenham – these swish steakhouses are popping up in the most unexpected places. Ikejime octopus or buttermilk fried chicken make wonderful starters, but for the main course it has to be Australian Blackmore Wagyu-grade sirloin. This is not a cheap cut, Lord knows it’s not, but it’s TOTALLY worth it. ££££
