Our GRILL restaurant menu available all day, is inspired by the famous London Grill Dining Rooms of the 70’s, Michael (who starred on BBC’s ‘Great British Menu’) has created a modern interpretation of a British Grill; offering a broad menu which includes select cuts of Perthshire Beef including (Highland Wagyu) which are exclusive to M.

All our products are selected for their outstanding quality and sustainability. We use herbs which we grow on the roof terrace of Brewery Wharf.
