NEW YEAR’S EVE AT M
As Christmas slowly draws to a close, it’s time to plan a New Years’ Eve Party. As it seems we are already enjoying plenty of acclaim for being one of “Londons’ most glamourous and divine destinations” it shouldn’t take much to tempt you to join us on Wednesday. However, on top of our usual offering; we have live music from FossyTango, our house DJ drawing in 2015 and even an (optional) sumptuous eight course Tasting Menu in RAW for a wholly reasonable £49 should you fancy it. THE M RAW JANUARY DETOX DIET
To chase away those January blues, our Head Chef Jarad McCarrol (formerly Chilton Firehouse) has created the M Detox Diet.
If you feel you may have slightly over indulged over the festive period, throughout January, in RAW we are offering a three meal daily diet adding up to a mere 800 calories. The menu features a gluten, wheat and dairy free Coconut Quinoa Porridge and RAW juice breakfast, Lunch of a Sashimi sampler platter and a Shitake and Kombu gluten free Ramen Dinner. Some say it is the perfect combination of nutritious and delicious!
RAW will be offering breakfast daily from 7am and once the first meal of the day is done diners can book in for a lunch and dinner the same day, or within the same week. Book a table here
CALLING ALL EPICUREAN KNOW-IT-ALLS…
On Tuesday 3rd February join Sudi Pigott, the food quiz mistress and prolific restaurant, food & travel journalist, as she takes you on a culinary journey around M and beyond. Guests will enjoy food and drinks from the six different continents that we take our inspiration from, so be prepared to be posed bacchanalian brainteasers inspired by France, Japan, Australia, South Africa, Argentina and America.
The evening will start with an informal cocktail reception before food lovers have the chance to sink their teeth into delicious cuisine and some truly meaty questions, with rounds including; ‘Name that Canape’s Country’ and ‘Where does that ingredient come from?’ The evening costs £50 per person and includes six different taster dishes and drinks from each continent. SIX CONTINENTS OF STEAK AND OTHER STORIES… WITH CONVERSATION BY TOM PARKER BOWLES AND MATTHEW FORT.
Tuesday 17th February sees a celebration of steak at M. A cacophony of wine, cocktails, mini master classes, steak, food, entertainment and banter (as you travel through six continents) from M’s Founder – Martin Williams and Head Chef- Jarad McCarroll, joined by food experts extraordinaire Tom Parker Bowles and Matthew Fort.
As guests imbibe beverages and enjoy the taste sensations of each country, Matthew and Tom will entertainingly debate their favourite culinary countries and recount tales from the origins of the ingredients, as diners systematically savour them.
The event costs £175.00 per person, starting with an informal cocktail reception and meet and greet at 6.30pm, the culinary journey through six continents commences at 7pm and the event concludes with all guests, plus Tom and Matthew competing in a blind taste off of the six steaks that are the M GRILL’s showcase.
