WHAT’S THE DRAW: This opulent steakhouse and raw bar from former Gaucho supremo Martin Williams showcases food and wine inspired by six countries: the US, UK, Argentina, Japan, Australia and France.
WHAT TO DRINK: Wine. Seriously, wine. As well as a brilliant selection from the big six (including the quite incredible Newton Unfiltered Chardonnay from Napa Valley), enomatic machines mean you can taste some truly world-class wines without breaking the bank.
WHAT TO EAT: Top marks for all the steaks we tried, and the succulent chicken karaage with wasabi and ginger sauce was the best starter we’ve tried in months.
