This 180month-old pleasure palace – wine store, raw bar and grill – is headed by ex-Gavroche chef Michael Reid. There’s not much he doesn’t know about beef. Ikejime octopus and buttermilk-fried chicken make wonderful starters, but for the main course it has to be Australian Blackmore Wagyu-grade sirloin. It’s not cheap, but it’s oh-so-TOTALLY worth it. “
