Our RAW restaurant has always championed the purity of clean eating. This January sees the next evolution of our M RAW restaurant. The air in the venue has been 100% purified to enhance both comfort and taste. The menu is Korean inspired, so diners can enjoy the incredible health benefits of Korean cuisine, our use of fermentations, and a 100% gluten-free menu! Available as individual plates, or as a tasting menu with optional Kombucha pairings offered by the amazing people at ‘Wild Fizz’.

We offer 4 cocktails and 4 ‘clean’ Kombucha drinks to accompany and pair with Michael’s magnificent menu and our tasting menu includes a bottle to take home and enjoy the next day!
