The steak game in London is a bloody one. Former Gaucho boss Martin Williams opened M in the City last year, dishing up prized kobe beef cuts for £149.
Former Gaucho managing director Martin Williams is to open his second M restaurant, in London Victoria later this year.
The restaurant, members’ club and wine store will be located in the Zig Zag Building alongside a sixth site from tapas group Iberica.
