We are delighted to welcome 20 guests a day to visit us to enjoy a four-course Peruvian inspired menu served with Champagne, devised by Culinary Director Chef Mike Reid, from which all profits will be donated to the ‘Not For Sale’ movement fighting Modern-Day Slavery and Sex Trafficking.
Now in it’s fifth year, M IS NOT FOR SALE is a project which has raised over £350,000 for the charity and led to the funding of over 20 reforestation projects in Peru, has taken indigenous villagers out of danger of being enslaved and empowered them to be both entrepreneurial and self-sustaining.
