We are delighted to announce the return of our highly anticipated M is Not for Sale pop-up restaurant for the fourth consecutive year, where we will be taking over the M Social area at M Victoria Street for the whole of July. M Is Not For Sale is a pop-up dining experience with a difference, created to generate funds and awareness for ‘Not For Sale’, a global organisation that works to end human trafficking and exploitation through funding self-sustaining social projects in six continents. Dine ethically this month and join us at M Victoria Street from 1st to 31st July to raise funds and awareness for ‘Not For Sale’, where 100% of the profits will be donated to the charity, for the second year.
M IS NOT FOR SALE 2021
From 1st to 31st July 2021, we have created a pop-up dining experience with a difference to generate funds and awareness for ‘Not For Sale’, a global organisation that works to end modern-day slavery and sex trafficking, through funding self-sustaining social projects in six continents.
All profits from our exclusive pop-up restaurant will contribute towards the creation of our own culinary academy which will support victims and those at risk, plus help raise awareness for something we grew up thinking was a historic shame, not a current disease in our culture.
The ‘M IS NOT FOR SALE’ offering is a special five course menu including a glass of Champagne for £65.00 per person which takes inspiration from the six continents where NFS funds self-sustaining social projects.
I hope you can join us from the 1st July and help us make a change.
M is proud to partner with NOT FOR SALE, a global organisation that works to end human trafficking! All profits from M IS NOT FOR SALE, supported by OpenTable, will raise money for Dignita, a restaurant group in Amsterdam which works as a social enterprise model running culinary training programmes to rehabilitate those who have experienced exploitation or trafficking.
The survivors are trained in employment skills to grow their confidence to re-enter the work force. The limited edition menu designed by M Executive Chef Michael Reid takes inspiration from Peru, Vietnam, Thailand and USA, 5 of the 9 countries where NOT FOR SALE projects have funded the building of homes and creating a support structure to free children and adults from sex trafficking and the slave trade.
