Mindful Dining Policy (Covid-19)
Here at M we are constantly making changes to adhere to the most recent government guidelines across all our restaurants. These requirements and precautions are set to ensure you and our own teams are as safe as possible whilst still enjoying the M experience for pleasure and whilst at work.
Our ‘mindful dining policy’ (post Covid-19 dining policy) ensures in-restaurant social distancing measures and precautions are enforced, along with offering reduced contact.
We advise all guests to read and make themselves aware of the most up to date government Covid-19 rules and regulations before making any bookings and visiting us.
All guests are required to sanitise their hands upon arrival, provide their contact details including name, phone number, the date and time of arrival (only if they have not checked in using NHS QR code poster) and make note of our online Covid risk assessment
We are pleased to be working with the government and the NHS as registered employee lateral flow testing sites. Our restaurant teams are tested every 72 hours and we have invested in a private app (V Health Passport) to ensure that both our people and our guests and safe.
